Demo Damaged Material
Cut back to dry, intact framing. Bag and haul. Floor protected, dust contained.
Drywall Hang & Finish
Hang, tape, 3-coat mud, sand. Texture matched to existing.
Prime & Paint
Prime new drywall. Two finish coats. Trim cut in clean. Color matched.
LVP Install
Acclimate planks, lay underlayment if not attached, click-lock install, undercut door casings, install transitions and quarter-round.
Final Walk & Clean
Vacuum, wipe down, photo punch-list. Owner walk-through before we leave.
