These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bsrteam.com and the services provided by BSR Constructions LLC ("BSR," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
BSR provides roofing and exterior services in the Seattle and greater Puget Sound area, including roof replacement, repair, inspection, gutters, and related work. Descriptions on our website are for general information and are not a guarantee of specific results.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ from what was visible at inspection (for example, hidden decking damage). No estimate is binding until both parties sign a written agreement.
Scheduling and Weather
Roofing work depends on weather and site conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates, but we may reschedule for safety or quality reasons without liability for delays beyond our control.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement, payment terms are 50% due before work begins and the balance due upon completion. Permits, when required, are billed separately at the end of the project. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection.
Workmanship and Warranties
BSR stands behind its work with a workmanship warranty as stated in your signed agreement. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Warranties may be voided by improper alterations, inadequate ventilation, or work performed by others after completion.
Permits and Codes
Where required, permits are obtained for the work and the cost is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. All work is performed to applicable Washington State and local building codes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property
