PNW-manufactured panels in SnapLoc, MechLoc, and TS-32 profiles. 24-gauge Galvalume or steel. Kynar 500 finishes carry a 35 to 40 year color warranty.

Weather Barrier & Flashing
Full house wrap (Tyvek or equal). Pan flashing under every window. Z-flashing at horizontal transitions. Kick-out flashings at every roof-wall.
Install & Finish
Hardie installed per HZ10 manual. Stainless or hot-dipped fasteners. Joints caulked. Trim painted. Touch-ups on every visible nail.
